Since 2007, Celina Pagani-Tousignant, President of Normisur International has participated as executive coach in the Clinic Leadership Institute (CLI), at the Center for The Health Professions, University of California. She is currently coaching 10 individuals belonging to cohorts 6 and 7. With her coaching, Celina prepares emerging leaders of California community clinics and health centers to be effective and passionate agents of change in an evolving health care environment.

Clinic Leadership Institute is a signature project of Blue Shield of California Foundation, a private foundation whose mission is to improve the lives of Californians, particularly underserved populations, by making health care accessible, effective, and affordable for all Californians, and by ending domestic violence.
